Všeobecná úverová banka, a.s., having its registered office at Mlynské nivy 1, Bratislava, registration number: 31 320 155, incorporated by entry in the Commercial Register maintained by the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sa, File 341/B (the “Bank”), pursuant to Act No 351/2022 on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities, as amended (the “Act”), seeks to ensure that its websites comply with the technical standard STN EN 301 549, in particular Level A and AA of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (the “Accessibility Guidelines”), so that they are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
The Bank does not guarantee full accessibility of the website www.vub.sk within the meaning of the Act. This website is not in full compliance with the Accessibility Guidelines, specifically in the following respects:
- Images, logos, and banners do not contain alternative text. Decorative images are described using inappropriate alternative text.
- Some headings in PDF documents are not defined semantically correctly. Tables in PDF documents contain complex data and do not have defined headers. Some content is not semantically defined correctly.
- Certain text styling settings reduce readability when using a screen reader. Information in forms is not presented in the correct logical order.
- Input fields requiring personal data do not have autocomplete enabled.
- Text content does not have sufficient contrast against the background.
- Some PDF documents are scanned without an OCR layer.
- When the page is displayed at a width of 320 CSS pixels, part of the content is unavailable and lies outside the visible screen area.
- Some non-text elements do not have sufficient contrast.
- Some content is hidden or overlaps when text spacing is adjusted.
- The main menu can be expanded by hovering the cursor over an item. When the cursor is moved away or the Esc key is pressed, the submenu is no longer visible. The tooltip displayed on hover closes when the Esc key is pressed.
- Some clickable elements cannot be focused using the keyboard.
- Users cannot stop automatically moving content.
- Some skip links do not function correctly and are not visible when focused.
- Names of some PDF documents are missing or incorrectly defined.
- The cookies banner cannot be focused in the correct order. The focus order of navigation links is not correct.
- Some links are not sufficiently understandable outside their context. Some links do not contain meaningful link text.
- Some PDF documents do not contain bookmarks.
- Some PDF documents contain empty headings. Labels of text buttons are not appropriately and clearly formulated.
- Selecting a submenu item requires moving the cursor along a path from the parent item.
- Content in a foreign language does not have the relevant language programmatically defined.
- Links do not have a consistent appearance across the website (inconsistent colour and underlining).
- Some input fields and buttons do not have defined labels. Switches are not grouped within a fieldset.
- Assistive technology does not inform the user about the expansion or collapse of additional information. The user is not provided with information about tabs.
- Errors displayed in forms are not interpreted to the user by a screen reader.

Procedure in case of an unsatisfactory response
If you do not receive a response, or if you are not satisfied with the response, you may submit a complaint to the competent authority responsible for supervising compliance with accessibility requirements for services for persons with disabilities under the Act. That authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection.
