VUB Bank will hereby assume all applicable rights and obligations of CFH. The popular products Quatro loans, Quatro hire purchase will continue to be in force and their sales will not be changed by this. The services of QuatroCar will be taken over by the subsidiary VÚB Leasing, a.s. after the merger.
