RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS REPORT
The Report on Responsible Business is an annual report on the qualitative results of VÚB Bank’s activities, summarizing activities whose main purpose is sustainable development in the fields of economy, environment and society.
Separate Report on Responsible Business under the Global Reporting Initiative international guidelines was issued by VÚB Bank in 2006-2016.
From 2017, in accordance with international regulations and the European Directive 2014/95/EU, the parent company of VÚB Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo, is processing and issuing such report for all its subsidiaries. Although VÚB Bank does not have the obligation to issue Report on Responsible Business under the law and new EU Directive, VÚB Bank is proud of its activities and therefore included in its Annual Report the chapter Selected Aspects of Responsible Business.
