FLEXI land

VÚB offers you an investment loan to finance the purchase of land in the Slovak Republic, which is intended for agricultural production.

Loan characteristic:

• the maximum period of loan maturity is 10 years;
• drawing is one-time, or gradually, by crediting funds to the current account of the applicant or by direct drawing to the seller’s account

• flexible methods of repayment, the possibility of setting instalments at the time of payment of the APA subsidies
• possibility of refund within a time limit of 9 months

Terms and conditions for granting a loan:

• a legal or natural entity – recipients of subsidies from the APA
• conducting business for at least 2 years, one year in the field of agriculture
• the applicant meets the criteria of VÚB, a.s. set for the creditworthiness of a business entity

Loan collateral:

• lien on the purchased land, or other integrated land owned by the applicant
• other acceptable form of collateral
