Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance

Mandatory insurance covering damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle.

Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (PZP)

Compulsory motor third party liability insurance is required by law for every holder or owner of a motor vehicle. The obligation to conclude PZP arises on the date the vehicle is registered in the vehicle register. As part of PZP, the Green Card (International Motor Insurance Card) must be issued without delay.

PZP covers:

  • damage caused by you to other vehicles
  • personal injury and death of third parties
  • costs related to damage, destruction, and theft
  • costs of legal representation
  • costs arising from lost profit
