Code of Ethics
Today, at the time of turbulent and dynamically evolving business environment, creation and observance of regulations indicated in the Code of Ethics is an inevitable public commitment of VÚB. The Code of Ethics is a binding document that contains a set of standards and rules, which regulate the behavior of individuals – employees as well as contractors of VUB. The Code of Ethics refers to behavior with emphasis on social and environmental aspects that contribute to minimize credit risks and risks related to compliance with regulatory measures.
The Code of Ethics of the VÚB group is fully identical with the Code of Ethics of Intesa Sanpaolo parent company.
Corporate Social Responsibility Report
Corporate Social Responsibility Report is an annual report on the qualitative results of VÚB's activities summarizing the activities, the main objective of which is sustainable development in the field of economy, environment and society.
The report is elaborated in accordance with the G4 version of the international Global Reporting Initiative guidelines, and in order to protect natural resources, the report is published only in electronic form.
