Mobile Banking application
The Mobile Banking mobile application is designed for clients who own a smartphone and want to login to the application quickly using a Mobile PIN. During activation, a client personalizes the application and sets a unique mobile PIN for it. In this way, the client replaces 2-step login with only one step - entering a Mobile PIN. No other client with own PIN cannot login to such personalized application.
The mobile application is ready for users of smartphones running the following operating systems:
- Android (version 2.2.3 or newer)
- iOs (version 7 or newer)
- Windows Phone (version 8.1 or newer)

Mobile banking web application
You can use Mobile Banking instantly on any mobile device without the need for activation. You just need to enter address https://ib.vub.sk or https://nib.vub.sk to a web browser and log in using an ID and a password in the same way as in the case of Internet Banking.

- Immediate use without activation and installation
- Available for all operating systems (not only Android and iOS, but also Windows Phone, Black Berry, Symbian, etc.).
Setup and first login
You can get the Mobile Banking service at any branch when you set up the Nonstop Banking service, in which the Mobile Banking service is included. The Nonstop Banking service can be set up for free.
First login
Before logging to the Mobile Banking, it is necessary to login to Internet Banking first, where the client will change the password. The client can subsequently choose between activating the Mobile Banking mobile application or using the web version.
Login to the web version of Mobile Banking
Enter URL link https://ib.vub.sk or https://nib.vub.sk into the mobile phone browser. Enter ID and password into the login fields. If you are prompted to confirm the login with other security element, choose among those that you have activated and confirm the login.
Login to the mobile version of Mobile Banking
To use the Mobile Banking application, you first need to activate it. The procedure is here. When the activation is completed, you just need to enter the PIN to log in.
FAQ
What payment amount can be entered through Mobile Banking?
A payment from own account can be entered up to the amount of the remaining daily limit for the safety element used to confirm the payment. However, if a payment is entered from an account of another owner (i.e. an account for which you have the authorization to make payments), you can enter the payment up to the amount of the remaining daily limit for the safety element used to confirm the payment, and at the same time up to the amount of the remaining daily personal limit defined by the account owner.
What codes are supported?
QR codes - standard of the Slovak Banking Association
Bar codes - the standard of Slovak Post, post cheque to an account (product 36, 38)
How can I enter a payment using a bar code or a QR code?
Start the QR and barcode scanner in MENU/Payments or directly in the form for payment entering via the icon in the upper right section.
Code is scanned automatically after focusing, it is not necessary to press a button to make a picture.
After the code is scanned, only the entry screen is pre-filled with the payment data from the code; continue entering the payment as if you were entering the payment manually.
Where can I get Mobile PIN?
You set Mobile PIN when activating your Mobile Banking application. Mobile PIN cannot be obtained later at a VUB Bank branch.
