What do I need to sign in to the VÚB Internet banking?
Your identification number which is displayed in the Internet Banking Agreement and your password which is sent to your via SMS or email. When you log in to the new Internet banking for the first time, you will be asked to change your password for security reasons. It is important to activate at least one of the secondary authentication methods (SMS Authentication, Mobile PIN, Mobile Token, or Hardware Token) and log in using a supported browser.
I forgot my password. What should I do now?

What is the maximum limit for transactions made through the Internet banking?
Your transaction limit for Internet banking is defined by your secondary authentication method which you use to authenticate your payment. Your daily transaction limit for Internet banking transactions is equal to the maximum daily limit of your chosen authentication method.
I need to know whether my payment was processed. Where can I find the confirmation?
You can request a confirmation of any transaction made on your account. You can also set up email confirmations with encryption. If a payment confirmation is sufficient for you, you can find it in the ‘Pending Payments’ tab.
Can I use the documents generated in the Internet Banking as a proof?
All electronic documents generated in the Internet banking are signed by the bank’s electronic signature and can be used as a legally acceptable document in electronic form.
SMS notifications wake me up in the middle of the night. Where can I change their settings?
You can modify the timing of your incoming SMS notifications under the ‘My Profile’ tab, in the ‘My Personal Settings’ page. Go to Notification Settings and adjust the SMS notifications according to your preferences.
