VUB Bank firmly believes that relationship quality and the confidence and esteem of our Customers represent key values to be protected through continuous commitment.

In order to transform our words into actions, we created “Listening 100%”, a programme launched with a view to better understanding our customers’ needs. We are very aware of how important is to listen to our Customers, in order to constantly enhance the quality of our services and jointly develop a long-term relationship based on trust.

For this purpose, VUB Bank has set up an ongoing system for listening to Customers, through telephone interviews on a statistical random sample of our Clients.

Should you be contacted, you will be asked to express an opinion regarding the relationship and quality of service offered by our bank.

Under no circumstances you will be asked to provide specific information concerning, for example:

  • your credit card or current account number
  • the amount or type of your investments
  • your mortgages or personal loans, if any
  • your income sources and personal wealth
  • your personal religious and political beliefs, and purchase habits etc.

The telephone interview will be conducted by a specialised operator of a market research company in compliance with the provisions of Laws and by-laws in force in Slovak Republic; however, should you be in any doubt, you may at any time contact your branch, where you will receive all the information you require. Please be assured that all the information provided will be treated with utmost confidentiality and consideration.

If you are kind enough to give us a little of your time and attention, your opinion will be a precious contribution towards helping us achieve our objective to improve our products and the quality of service offered to our customers.

Customer satisfaction benchmarking survey

As a part of the Listening 100% survey, a benchmark survey on customer satisfaction with services of banks covered by the survey (Všeobecná úverová banka, a.s., Tatra banka, a.s., Československá obchodná banka, a.s., UniCredit Bank Slovakia, a.s., Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s.) is conducted.
