Information about obligation to present audited closing financial statements applicable to trading companies and cooperatives

Pursuant to Act No. 118/1996 Coll. on Deposits Protection as amended, a trading company / cooperative is obliged to deliver to the Bank a statement whether the company is/is not required to have its closing financial statements reviewed by an auditor.
