VÚB Bank in cooperation with the Consumer Finance Holding, a.s. provides its clients with convenient credit products within the Mortgage Loans program.

Mortgage Loans are consumer credits secured by real estate. WE ARRANGE EVERYTHING FOR YOU through our specially trained sales representatives.

Loans are provided from 2,000 € to 50,000 €.
Loan maturity from 5 to 20 years, according to the client´s needs.
Interest rates fixed for 5 years, interest from 6.9 %.

No fees:

• without entry fee,
• fee for the account management and maintenance,
• fee for extra payment or statement issuing.

Expert opinion on the real estate evaluation is not needed.
