Service KONTAKT
With Service KONTAKT you can stay in touch with the bank by phone. If you have a telephone with tone dialling you can communicate with the bank via the Interactive Voice Response System or you can choose to speak to our Kontakt Centre operators to obtain information you need.
You have a direct access to your accounts and selected services and you can also perform bank transactions 24 hours a day wherever you are in Slovakia or abroad by dialling:

With Service KONTAKT you can:
obtain general information – valid interest rates, exchange rate list, credit card and loan information, etc.
get account information – account transactions, current account balance, etc.
make active account transactions – enter a payment order, open a term deposit, set up notification of transactions, etc.
activate SMS Authorization
save fees
What are the maximum daily limits for account transactions?
transactions authorized by Grid Card code: 3,320 EUR/day
transactions authorized by a PIN Code via Voice Response System: 166 EUR/day
You can decrease your limit for security elements via Service KONTAKT at any time or increase it up to the maximum limit set by the bank at any VUB branch.
Maximum daily limits for banking transactions confirmed by the security elements used in nonstop banking services are set by VUB. Clients are informed via nonstop banking services and public notice boards displayed in VUB branches or in other appropriate form.
