Securities issues

The bank provides services relating to alternative financing of client on the capital market by issuing debt securities in following range:

• preparation of the necessary documentation as well as the issue conditions proposal, the application for ISIN assignment, the registration of dematerialized bond issue in Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic;
• paying out yields and the nominal value repayment.

The bank as the member of Bratislava Stock Exchange offers the possibility to introduce the issue to the Stock Exchange (shares, debt securities) as well as the prospectus elaboration and preparation of the necessary documentation for application.

The offered services are provided on agreement basis and according to the effective price list.
