Types of Profi loans we offer:

1) Profi loan:

- all-purpose loan from EUR 3 000 to EUR 170 000

- designed for financing of short-term and medium-term business needs of a client without necessity of proving utilization purpose

- maturity period for overdraft from 6-12 months, for instalments from 1 to 4 years

- Loan collateral : blank promissory note signed by company owners

4) Profihypo loan

- Profihypo loans offer a solution how to obtain funds up to EUR 500 000

- financing investment in a real estate used for business purpose – purchase , construction, reconstruction or repayment of loan granted for the above purpose

- maturity period from 4 to 15 years

- Loan collateral:

- a blank promissory note

- an appropriate domestic real estate

     -  registered in the Real Estate Cadastre

     -  under construction located on a plat map

     -  without any restriction on a transfer of ownership title to the relevant real estate

     -  insurance of pledge immovable assets

Documents reqiured for all types of Profi loans:

1)To access loan application:

- loan apllication

- tax return and financial statements for the last accounting period completed or as at the and of completed half- year of a current accounting period

- confirmation of a tax liability amount and a tax payment receipt

- an expert opinion prepared by an expert under Notice No. 492/2004 Coll. on Determining General Value of Real Estate within the HYPO Program (for Profihypo loan)

2) following loan approval

- documents supporting the business license

- documents proving the loan purpose ( for Profihypo loan )
