Communication standards represent principles, recommendations, advices and procedures for an effective communication with people. We always endeavour to make our communication precise, pertinent, to the point and well timed. The manner of communication is a mirror of our corporate culture.

Ethical Code

Ethical Code is based on our corporate values and it expresses basic ethical principles, attitudes and rules that the bank's employees follow at their work. Strong and successful companies always have a firm and clearly defined corporate culture. It is the way we talk to each other, cooperate, create, behave in certain circumstances and at the same time it expresses what is important for us.
