No lies. This is what characterizes the substance of all codes of ethics VUB Bank acceded to best. Transparency, one of our fundamental values, embodies providing clear and true information in daily business.

In retail banking we have adopted a set of rules called Code of Ethics on Consumer Protection. Any dispute arising out of a failure to comply with the Code shall be resolved by the Bank Ombudsman seated at Rajská 15/A, 811 08 Bratislava, the Slovak Republic.

In addition, we shall adhere to Code of Ethics for Housing Loans (“European Standardised Information Sheet“) when granting housing loans or loans secured by a real estate.

We have also undertaken that our advertisements will meet Code of Ethics for Advertising valid in the Slovak Republic.

Banks will play a significant role in adopting Euro. Having joined Code of Ethics for Euro Implementation, we have committed ourselves to act in your interest invariably.
